Remember the gifts, keep the surprise
Your private Gift History keeps gifts you have bought and gifts you have received in one place. Purchased gifts appear in Gifted automatically. Received stays a separate record for gifts you mark as received.
How it works
Mark a gift Purchased
When you mark a gift Purchased on someone’s wishlist, it is added to your private Gifted history. This records your purchase status in Wishcraft; it is not a checkout, delivery confirmation or message to the recipient.
Find it in Gift History
Open Gift History from the signed-in app. Choose Gifted or Received, then filter by person when you want to look back. An older purchase may show Date not recorded.
Optionally record the handover
Use Mark as Gifted to add a handover date, recipient and optional occasion. This is optional: Purchased gifts already appear in history. It does not notify anyone or mark the gift Received for them.
Correct details without rewriting receipt
Edit details / Undo Gifted lets you correct a handover record. Undo Gifted removes that confirmation; any Purchased entry remains, and the recipient’s Received record is unchanged. Correct an accidental purchase from the original wishlist.
Questions worth answering
Can a friend see my Gift History?
Gift History is private to your account. Sharing a wishlist does not publish your personal history.
Does Purchased mean the gift arrived?
No. Purchased, the optional Gifted handover confirmation and Received are separate actions. None should be used as a shipping status.
Why is an older purchase missing?
For an older purchase made through a shared link, reopen that shared wishlist to bring it into your history. Some older entries do not have a recorded date.
