A birthday wishlist worth sharing

Keep gift ideas from different stores in one place, then share them with the people celebrating with you. Wishcraft helps friends choose a gift and coordinate purchases without spoiling the surprise.

Create your birthday wishlist

How it works

  1. Create your birthday list

    Sign in, choose Create New Wishlist and give it a name, such as “My birthday ideas.” The Free plan includes one wishlist with unlimited items.

  2. Add a few useful choices

    Paste a product link to fetch available details, or add the name, photo, price and notes yourself. Product imports vary by retailer. Include a range of prices and helpful details such as size or colour.

  3. Review, finalize and share

    Check the items, finalize the list when it is ready, and use Share to copy its link. Friends Only is available on Free; Premium adds Selected Friends and Private. A link does not override those choices.

  4. Let friends coordinate

    For Friends Only and Selected Friends, recipients sign in and need access under the list’s sharing setting. Buyers can open a store link and mark an item Purchased in Wishcraft. Buying at the store does not automatically update the list.

Questions worth answering

Can anyone with a link see my wishlist?

Friends Only and Selected Friends restrict wishlist items to the people you allow, who must sign in. A shared link can still reveal a preview, such as the list title, your name and the item count. Private wishlists cannot be opened through a share link. Older wishlists set to Public can expose their contents to anyone with the link. Secret Santa reveal links are separate: anyone with a valid reveal link can see that match and its event details, so share those links only with the intended participant.

Who sees the purchase status?

Buyers coordinate through purchase status. Wishcraft protects the surprise by hiding buyer details from the wishlist owner until the item is marked Received.

Can I keep a list just for myself?

Private is a Premium setting. For a shared Free list, Friends Only limits access to connected friends.

Where do birthday reminders come in?

Connect with friends to use the birthday calendar and reminders. They help you come back to a friend’s wishlist ahead of the celebration.
